Meet The Neighbours - Jay Halim
Jay is a digital graphic designer, specialising in audio reactive design and projection. Inspired by music and other themes including politics and heritage which are central to his work. Recently, he received funding from Arts Council England to further develop his practice in projection mapping and design.
Jay says: “I love being in North Shields as it's a microhub of creativity and community. It's my home town and my work is constantly inspired by local history and my family who have lived in the North Shields for generations.”
