Meet The Neighbours - Mark Shields
Mark is a mural and graffiti artist, with a background in graphic design and illustration.
He works on private and commercial art projects with clients across the North East and further afield around the UK to create large-scale bespoke artwork and interior transformations.
His work combines graphic design, illustration and graffiti into unique mural artworks. He also facilitates art workshops and community/education based projects.
Mark says: "The reason I love being in North Shields is the combination of having the hustle and bustle of the town centre, but also being close to the river and coast for some great walks, food and things to do on our doorstep.
"I also love the interesting mix of people in the area and I think this is what makes it."
